I suddenly gained almost 9.5 kgs of weight and this "belly fat" as we normally called love handles started to show up and it indeed worried me and quite affected my self confidence in meeting with people.&lt;o:p style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="margin-bottom: 12pt;font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;I know it's not that big deal but to me, I thought I needed to do something with it because that's not the way I used to look like. I had an average and quite a bit masculine body. I was very athletic (I love basketball) but since I had that weight gain and belly fat, I prevented me from doing the activities I love.
